Vedaa OTT Release Date And Platform
This film, based on the lives of real people, was released on August 15 alongside Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s Stree 2 and Akshay Kumar’s film Khel Khel Mein. While Akshay’s Khel Khel Mein hasn’t done much, Stree 2 is performing exceptionally well. However, Vedaa’s situation is quite poor. Nevertheless, after eight weeks of its theatrical release, the film might come to OTT. According to reports, Vedaa could premiere on ZEE5 in the second week of October. However, the exact OTT release date is not yet confirmed.
Story of Vedaa
The film’s story is based on caste dynamics, focusing on the divide between high and low castes. Even though the country has been free for 78 years, the stain of caste discrimination still exists and often surfaces. Vedaa, based on the premise of "I am from a higher caste, and you are from a lower caste," is the story of a low-caste woman, Berwa (Sharbari), who desires to breathe freely but faces attempts to suppress her. John Abraham plays a major role in the film, but due to some reasons, he loses his job.

Directed by Nikhil Advani, John performs action sequences with great finesse and shows emotional depth in various scenes.
