The Greatest of All Time (GOAT) features a strong ensemble cast led by Vijay in the dual roles of Gandhi and Jeevan, with Akhil playing Jeevan's childhood character. The film stars Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Ajmal Ameer, Mohan and Jayaram. Sneha plays the dual role of Gandhi's wife and Jeevan's mother, while Laila plays a doctor.
